The scripts (C# or Java Script) do not open,instead a message box pops up wid error details

hey… i am new to gaming…i am following the book unity 3.x game development essentials…

the problem i have is… 1st i get this warning message…

that u can see at the bottom…

n wen i create a java Script file… i get this message box wen i try to open it…

abc.js is the file m tryin to open…

i have no idea y m i not able o open any .js file… n same is the problem with C#…puhleeeeeseeeeeeeeee HELP!!!

The ThirdPersonController.js issue is just a warning, which you can ignore. The problem with your abc.js is that your PC associates JS files with Windows Script Host. This Microsoft application does not know how to process JavaScript files created with Unity. Change your file extension associates to associate .JS files with monodeveloper or perhaps notepad.
