URP has features that may not work on mobile devices, like some shadergraph nodes, vfx graph, or GPU skinned mesh, APV, Light proxy volume, texture streaming, and all third-party plugins with compute shaders.

Vissual compositor doesn’t work on mobiles either, at least not in 2021 LTS
