I get 92 errors on every new project in unity made in the version 2021.3.0f1:

 The system cannot find the path specified.

is it normal?

@andrew-lukasik there is no more information attached with this error I copy pasted all of the error

Same here, just that I get this error 97 times.
No more information is provided there…
