I was just following along a simple tutorial. I installed Cinemachine, that was my only interaction with the package manager. I did not use psds anywhere, just 2 pngs. I put one in photoshop to splice it into 2, but I exported it as a png. After that, this error keeps appearing no matter what project. I reinstalled the engine and it persisted. it disappears if I uninstall the 2D package, but I kinda want to make 2d games, so when I reinstall it, the error reappears. Please help
Which “2D package”? Look at it in the package manager. Are there any messages about missing dependencies? Is there an option to update to a newer version of the package?
Did you mean Cinemachine?
Machinima is not an official Unity package and there doesn’t seem to be an asset with that name on the store either.
Yeah, sorry, I meant to say the whole suite of 2D Packages provided by Unity, the whole collection of them, my bad
Yea, cinemachine, sorry. I corrected it in the post now, thanks. So, got an ideas?
I can help out with that. I am posting up a thread later on tonight about Cinemachine and the dreaded recurring error.
My problem is with the psd importer package tho, at least that’s where the error seems to be from in the codebase
