Ben Tristem (the instructor) does have a good reputation on Udemy. However I don’t see anything in that course you couldn’t learn yourself. If you look at any one of the lectures, you could easily Google what they’re about and get and answer within a few minutes.
Is it worth it? At its current price I’d say sure, you have nothing to lose, except time you could spend learning at your own pace while making your own projects. At $195, I would say no.
You can learn all the stuff in that course by using Google, looking at the Unity forums, StackExchange and YouTube and going through the Unity Learn videos as well as the documentation.
There are so many free learning resources for Unity nowadays you’ll rarely have to pay for anything.
There are also a bunch of other courses on sale. Might be worth a look even if you’re not interested in the course the OP linked to.

Free resources are nice, but having a structured course to follow is well worth the $10 entry fee. I definitely agree I would never pay $200 for something like that, though. I also just want to mention that I’m not affiliated with the course or Udemy in any way, I just think it’s a great deal. 
@krraej Definitely! I ended up signing up for a Blender course, an “all-in-one” web development course, a business course, and even a course on composing music for video games. And since they’re all “life-time membership”, I can work through them at my own pace.
