The Unity Gaming Services waiting time doesn't end

I am currently using Unity 2022.3.11f1, and I’m facing a particular issue. When I open Project Settings, select Services, and try to view the settings for In-App Purchasing, it doesn’t progress beyond the “Please Wait…” message. Do you know what might be the cause?

I have tried the following, but it hasn’t improved the situation:

  • Updated Unity Hub to the latest version.
  • Returned licenses and reset activations.
  • Signed in and out of my account.

The network status is good. Services General Settings are displayed correctly, and the Unity Project ID link is successful.

Problem solved.
Although it may or may not be the best solution, we have confirmed that changing the permissions of the Unity account from user to manager can resolve this issue.
