Is the downdoad for unity3d 3.3 at http://unity3d.com/unity/download/ the full version or a trial? And is it the pro version?

The download contains both the free version and the pro version, however the only way to unlock the pro version for 30 days is to register for a trial with an email address.

Once the trial assigned to that email address has expired, you will need to activate either the free version, or the pro version if you have paid for it.

Just thought I would add to this for clarification: You can still PUBLISH and SELL games made with the free version of the engine. You simply won't have access to dynamic shadows, post-processing effects, and a few other bells and whistles.
