The Vignette won't appear in my 2D game

While this isn’t an urgent question, it was one I was curious about. I am using the URP template for unity to make my game, knowing this I wanted to experiment with camera effects. However, when I use it, stuff doesn’t happen. For example, when I use the vignette or bloom, it won’t appear. I enabled the post processing in the camera checkbox, added a volume into my hierarchy, and added the override into the volume. The weird part is that it will show up in the scene window and stuff like chromatic aberration will appear in game. I do have a black background for my game, so I don’t know if that does anything.

It was the fact that it was a black background.
