Clearly no idea, what have you do in Unity ?
Have you delete any files in the folder mentioned ?
Seems like the executable file csc.exe isn’t working well, you can try to uninstall/reinstall the 2020.3.6f1 Unity’s version and if it’s not working try to uninstall the editor and all Unity’s files.
