Thin rigidbodies sink into my table: collider tolerances?

I have some thin objects (rigidbody coins) sitting on a table but gravity makes my thin objects sink into the table and disappear just below the table surface. Both coins and table have box colliders. I can prevent their disappearance by making the coins thicker, but they just don’t look right when the player handles them and the camera looks at them. Can I prevent this sinking of object colliders into each other? I can’t find any way of changing collision sensitivity or tolerances. Many thanks in advance.

probably by reducing minimum penetration for penalty in the physics settings, info here:

: )

EDIT: additionally you can just make the collider larger without changing the visible mesh.

Thanks, drJones, for both suggestions. I had tried the second, I thought, but I should look at it again in case I was doing something odd --not unusual–and I hadn’t found the Physics settings at all.

The solution was to adjust the Min Penetration For Penalty in the Physics Settings, because my coins were thinner than the 0.01 default, so many thanks, indeed.
