There is needs for urgent or important question even if pay for it.
And there will be provider who will answer if he will be paid.
Then why market does not appear?
No demand for a simplistic paid Q&A service.
For more complicated problems, or the rare Q, the commercial forum is fine.
The internet is big enough, just open your own commercial quesiton and answer page
