This is a start of an Online RPG

My dream was to build a game where i could customize my own spells, attacks, not only my character only.
Most of mmorpgs already let you customize your character, but they all have predefined classes, that tell you what attacks or spells you will use during the game, and they are very limited to the number of those builds.

During years i got used to a basic spell creation system on “Morrowind”, but TES decided to remove it from “Skyrim”.

For years i got used to have dozens and dozens of skills to choose from in Guild Wars, but then they decided to remove all those possibilities from GW2 leaving only a couple just like any other mmorpg.

Last year i showed that making customizable spells was possible: Spell Making UI - Community Showcases - Unity Discussions

On my free time I’ve been working on it. Even tho i’m currently working as a junior java/javascript programer I still have the urge of playing games before bed, and that’s when i wish my game was a reality.

Inside the game is empty, if i put it online people can register and login and cast a few basic spells. But that’s it. I need a world inside now, i need enemys, i need attacks, i need buildings, i need npcs.

Inside the game (on the following images each character is an online person, no npcs or mobs yet):

Casting a spell online (on the next image player 1 casts a spell, player 2 also sees it);

Registration website (TLS):

Login (CHAP):

It needs content now.

I’m glad you went for function first rather than aesthetics. Good choice.

As Fishman said after he left his pokeball, “I’m glad you went for function first”

I have a tendency to try and focus on my function only to end up making models and detail rather than my game itself. lol Excellent work so far.
