Brief Story Overview
Future Plans
The future comes one day at a time. Dean Acheson (1893-1971) American statesman and lawyer.
Everyday we spend on the project we consider a day well spent.
The future of the game funding is hopefully to rely on a crowdfunding project, possibly kickstarter. We will be aiming for anywhere between $60,000 - $150,000 depending on the attention we get.

Models look great, but the carpet on the house looks quite high poly for what it is, and could be reduced a lot, you could get rid of all the polygons in the middle. Anyways, looks great and good luck
Looks great! I love that there are many RPG games being worked on, specially old school ones.
Good luck, by any chance ((probably not :'|)) if you will QA let me know!
The story will most probably have a mix of both, we don’t want it to be too light hearted, certain quests may be quite humourful, but the main quest involves fighting some dark forces and maybe even the demon.
However we are considering having 2 main quests, 1 constant one and 1 that changes dependent on your race
Yes and combat will be live, not turn based
You are right, live is usually more immersive, the player must utilize both the mouse the keyboard, good timing and awareness of the direction their enemies are swinging.
Thanks, we try to make the best visualization we can
The setting is fantasy medieval, no real timeframe apart from around the medieval period.
There are 3 factions in the game torn apart by war, haven’t named them yet and we are still creating alliances. Each alliance has 3 races.
If you look at the faction map, the grey areas are considered “Death Zones”, where dark forces lay, valuable items and very hard enemies(Demon).
The middle death zone is an area of high disturbance and accommodates the hardest enemies. The “Death” zones dividing the factions have alot of faction vs faction action.
Story is based around dark forces and reasoning for it’s re-awakening. In the very middle of the death zone there is a surprise, dunno what yet.
There are really 2 seperate stories.
The Faction based story - Choose to either dominate the opposition or settle differences to lower death count.
Darkness based story - Applies to all factions, attempt to stop the dark forces and uncover the reasons why it exists.
Sounds pretty good! Like the “Death Zones” idea. What about character development, are there going to be classes? Or archetypes? (sorry for all the questions, I’m sort of an RPG fan)
As for classes, that directs really to the perks you put up, the armor you wear and the skills that you level. So no specific “You can only learn these skills”, however you cannot be a master at everything due to the limited perk points
Also for magic, certain types of magic do not mix eg. Light and Dark, Earth and Air, Fire and Ice.
Say you put up one perk in Light magic, it then locks all perks for Dark magic until you remove the perk.
This means that everyone can have a basic grasp of each magic, but in essence can only master 3.
The conflicting spells also cannot be cast together.
More on spells
Each type of magic has its own special:
I kinda have a feeling that the game will come out as something amazing, the story kind of reminds me of Risen and Gothic ((by phirania bytes, gothic is just really my favorite RPG ever, now that no one really makes RPG’s like that I wish someone would, and if someone would hell I would give all support I could give to create a RPG game with similar system because that kind of RPG’s are just amazing! it makes the player at least do something not like the modern RPG’s everything is easy.))
