Tile Palette no tiles visible

Hi all,

this seems to be an old one, but I am getting it with Unity 2020 latest release and the 2019 Version as well (I downgraded to check)

I just can not see my tiles, no matter what I do. The Rest works fine, I can (if I manage to find the tile) draw and erase and fill, only I do not know where my tiles are.
