Time doesnt affect my shaders

So here is my problem : i use the shader graph since 3years and i just start using it with Unity 6 and when i use a time node nothing happend in editor… i need to play to see the shader moves. why ?

In the upper right corner of the Scene window in the Toggle Features list, do you have “Always Refresh” checked? If not, the viewport will only update every once in awhile to conserve system resources - like battery life.
