As I see, cloud save in its beta phase does not have a lot of features. It is only able to create private data which is not accessible by other players. So, making any kind of player interaction is impossible. Also in the dashboard, the player data is not accessible without the playerID.
It will be great to see all the features before the final release or a timeline for future releases.
