Timeline root motion stutter / syncing animation with cinemachine

I was noticing stutter in my timeline cutscenes. It didn’t become clear what was happening till I set the time scale to 0.01:

The video above is the result of advancing 1 frame in timeline in play mode. The camera (and other tracks) respond immediately, but the root motion track lags behind and updates later in the frame. The root motion track contains simple keyframes. The “walk” animation lags as well. The problem doesn’t happen in edit mode. This is mostly apparently when the character teleports. What’s going on? How can I sync the camera movement with the character movement when they’re teleported?

I can’t tell what’s wrong from your video. Can you put together a simple test project that reproduces the issue and report it as a bug?
