timeline stutters when playing video

I am using video playable from the link given by @mikew_unity
ie: Default Playables | Tools | Unity Asset Store
It works but the first few frames stutter with audio stuttering as well

and by the way I had to remove the alpha code because it would keep the alpha value to zero
I use urp 8.31 in 2020.1.17

stutter is gone when i delete the playable track and turn on play on awake
meaning when i remove timline
