TimeScale that doesn't affect the player movement

hello, i’m trying to make a script that slows everything down except the player. I’m very new to coding in unity and i have absolutely no idea how to do this. here is the code i have so far:

You can declare a public method in each enemy like TimeDeformer and in Update when you’re using Time.deltatime you need to multiply this by a factor. 1f no influences, 0.5f - 2 times slower, 0.25f - 4 times slower.

But if you want to slow the enviroment/enemies i think you should make your own timer class and read the deltatime from there. Then you can deforme the timer how you want.

Edit: you’ll return the same Time.deltatime but with the timeDeformer.
PS: i didnt had inspiration for other name than timeDeformer :slight_smile:
