Tornado Twins Tutorials. How to add A Respawn and Game Over. HELP!

I finished the Tutorials from the Tornado Twins on Youtube. He said he would add a respawn for when we get hit and he said he'd add a simple Game Over Script. So could someone help me Add a Game Over Script / Add on and a Respawn.

to respawn you should chick the fallout cube (trigger) if you put function OnTriggerEnter
