Touch screen input delay (touch only) issue on Mac builds

Hello, we have an issue where standalone Mac builds have an input delay (touch) when using a touch screen (model: Elo ET3203L and Unity Version is 2020.3.22f1).
I built a demo project with only one scroll view with 6 images just to scroll with it and was still getting the issue.
There is no delay when used on mac editor with touch screen, Windows editor with touch screen or Windows standalone build with touch screen. There is also no delay if we use the mouse, it only happens with touch inputs on using a standalone Mac build. The drivers are up to date. The weirdest part is not having the issue when in mac editor, only on a build. I tried turning off Vsync because of Unity Issue Tracker - Increased input lag / delay in Standalone build when having low frames per second or VSync enabled, it seemed to have worked on the demo but not in our main project and now I’m out of ideas.

Using Samsung QM43B-T and touch screen driver is from Touch Base (Universal Pointer Device Driver License).
Running on macOS Sonoma and compiled with Unity 2023.2.5
