I need to transfer the ownership of our organization to another account, How would I go about doing that?

You should be able to go to the organizations page at: Unity ID
Find the org you want to transfer ownership and click “Manage”, then “Members and Groups” from that page. You can add the other user as an “Owner”, then it should let you remove yourself from the org. If that doesn’t work send me a PM with the email you are transferring from/to and the org info.
