transfer unity student licence after manual update

hey
i need to manually update unity according to this Cant Update Unity to 4.3.4 - Unity Answers

but i have a student licence with Studica and in the contract thing it said im only able to install it on one computer???

if i download the latest unity version from unity’s website and install it( will i have to uninstall my unity version first???) how do i transfer my student licence over if i even can???

If you have the license code:

  1. On the navigation bar of your navigation editor click help → Manage License.
  2. Click on “Return License” and confirm it.
  3. Then install unity and type in your student license code.
