Transparency cone between object and camera

I am looking for an “easy” way to make a cone that makes parts of objects between the camera and player transparent. I have been googeling around for an answer, but most questions/answers is about how to make a complete object transparent.

Is this possible with a projector, or does it need a special shader? Any ideas are welcome! :slight_smile: Thanks for your time.

Well, you could render some geometry ONLY to the depth buffer. Any subsequent drawing would get clipped if it fell within the ‘cone’.
