Transparency objects (Particle) are hidden behind the global fog

Since the normal Fog is not enough, I have to use the “global fog”.

The problem is, I want a snow particle effect, but I’s look like objects with transparency shader are hidden by the global fog.

I’m on it since 4 hours…

Having the same issue with the default unity tree leaf and billboard shader which are also transparent.
