Assume that this rectangle is my program. I want to have that program over my desktop (visible in the space around it), and be able to click on the icons on the desktop. I have a version of a program that lets me SEE the desktop, but not click anything; I also want to be able to click & drag the program around.

I know that there’s a way to do this: I just don’t know how.

Couldn’t fully understand what you mean but the setting you’re looking for is probably in
‘Edit->Project Settings->Player’
Choose a platform and adjust ‘Resolution and Presentation’ the way you want it

This program has a transparent background, and no border. You can clearly see the desktop through the program. However, it’s still a “rectangular” window, you can’t click on the desktop, and you can’t move the program window around. This is what I want to accomplish: to be able to move the program window - as normal - and also be able to click on the desktop. It’s a shaped window.
