Why do rectangles with this material appear and disappear as seen in the video? When the same material is not set to transparent this does not happen

Do the models at the side also have a transparent material (even with alpha at 1)?
Then it can have issues with sorting. Put those at opaque
Depth sorting with alpha can be tricky

If you are talking about black rectangles, no, they are opaque materials
Then it is related to sorting of the transparent materials only. Can you share the material settings in a screenshot?
I was checking the wrong material and in fact the black one was set to transparent… Now everything works, thank you very much for your help!
