Transparent Mesh

I made a model in Maya and it imports just fine, if i place my texture map on it it still looks fine.

I also have an alpha map on the texture map, but if i got to transparent for the material the transparent parts show up, which is wonderful, however some polygons becomes transparent if others are behind it

Any idea?
I should also note the polys become transparent even without the texture added.

If i go to Transparent>Cutout>diffused it doesn’t do it, so ill just go with that.

anything with soft edges that isnt strictly a cut out will flicker and fight for which poly should be rendered in front. Thats just the way it is. Certain ways you could avoid this are a custom shader that renders both cutout and normal transparency… so the soft parts will flicker which isnt very noticeable, but the rest of the cutout will hold in front.
