Transport layer build crash

I was following the minimal server and client guide for the transport layer:

Everything works fine in the editor, but the build crashes. The crash log has some weird errors:

There are some "Unable to load" errors, I'm wondering if it's a permission issue, since the project is in the documents folder.

you need to compile 2 versions of the plugin

for 64-bit and 32-bit


How would I do that?
