Tree Colliders are not Triggers

I have a tree prefab, with a capsule collider and isTrigger ticked. But when I add it to Unity’s tree painter, the isTrigger is just ignored? This makes NO sense and I swear it’s a glitch with Unity. But if you have any way to fix this, it would be appreciated!

There are many threads on UA about this, it’s not a glitch. Please search UA for many similar threads, or update your post indicating what you need to happen that is not.
