I have tried everything and I can’t get the bending to work with tree creator trees. Is this still a bug?
Yes bending factor is up and yes all wind settings are on and trees are affected by the wind just no bending.

Hi Ik,
Try cranking up the Wind Main setting in windZone.

Thanks but I have tried this all the way up to like 15 and still no bending. I want the trunk to bend not the branches.
Hi IK
Here’s a link to my normal summer scene. http://bitsong.com/Unity/Summer_Day/WebPlayer/WebPlayer.html
And here’s a link to the same scene at “windstorm” settings. http://bitsong.com/Unity/WindStorm/WebPlayer/WebPlayer.html
The storm scene has exactly the same settings as the normal except the Wind Main is cranked up to 2 instead of being at .1.
Other settings are: WindZone: Mode:Spherical, Radius:250, Wind Main:2, Wind Turbulence:0, Wind Pulse Magniture:20, Wind Pulse Frequency: 0.2
The trees all have the default wind settings or less in Tree Creator, mostly Main Wind at 0.5, Main Turbulence and 0.5 amd for leaves, Edge Turbulence a 1. (I turned down the Main Wind and Main Turbulence for some of the branches to try to keep them from moving too much in proportion to the trunk).
They all have a bend factor of 0.1 in Terrain Inspector.
I noticed that the thinner trees, the birches have much more bend in the trunk that the maple and the oak has hardly any at all. Maybe your trees have trunks that are too thick to bend much in the wind. Hope this helps.
