Hi, for my game I need create tree cutting system like in The Forest Game. Tree cutting itself isn’t problem. But I need real fracturing of trunk with UV mapping. I can’t find any usefull asset or script. My trees are mixed - mesh trees and Unity trees. Solution must work for every tree. I was found fracturing assets, but it cannot be used for trees. Only for simple objects. Any idea how to? Or someone for creating this mechanism? With money isn’t problem. I can pay for for working solution.
To get the same effect as the forest you need multiple models of the same tree all with different chunks cut out of it adn when its health is = to a certain number is switches the mesh
