Hi! I modeled a 1891 tri tree in Maya and followed the directions to add it to the tree library in Unity. I keep getting a message that my object must use the Nature- soft Occlusion shader. As illustrated, I believe that I have already applied that shader. I compared the new asset with the other tree assets in the library and the info seems to match. I refreshed the assets as directed also. Here’s the info. Am I missing something? I did notice three shader possibilities. Doe’s order matter thanks. - paul
See creating Trees on this page:
You need to place the file in a folder called Ambient-Occlusion and reimport it.
. . . . You need to place the file in a folder called Ambient-Occlusion and reimport it. . . .
I’ve placed the assets in the Trees Ambient-Occlusion folder(see original post). Is using Refresh tree detail and prototypes what you mean by reimporting? If so I’ve already done that also. - paul
I found my trees. . . . . . Kinda funny that I didn;t get any error message when painting on the terrain so I zoomed in. Now just to resize the little buggers. - paul
