I’m currently working on adding some native iOS functionality via XCode on top of a Unity project. Our workflow has been that another individual with Unity Pro creates the Unity project and exports to an XCode project. From there, I add the Objective C code necessary inside of XCode. However, when I build and deploy to a device, I see the “Trial Version” watermark even though the Unity project was built with a valid-licensed Unity Pro. Do I have to have a fully licensed version of Unity Pro on may computer? Any other ideas?
Thanks for the quick response, Eric5h5. In my scenario then, do I actually need the Unity iOS license if I’m going to be doing the building? If we had multiple folks who could potentially edit and build the code, each would have to have a Unity iOS license?
Getting that license will NOT help, it will still be there.
Why you guys in Unity team don’t just admit it,
and fix it,
or offer some downloadable patch, with he delivery of Pro version to people ?
