Hi , I sent in a package of textures (about 3.4mbs) it has been over 30 days no email , all I see is that it was last updated 4/5/2014 and that it says uploaded.
Is there some overflow in the asset store?
Is it already in the asset store?
Is there a problem with the size of the package?

Then select “Asset Store” for department, thats what I did and they got back to me pretty quick. I actually had an asset that has had the status of “uploaded” for about a month and a half as well and they took care of it after I email them.
