Trouble with Post Processing Package

I did try to use Post Processing with its package.
But Installing package from unity registry is not working.

Its only show the error, and not working as I expected. I think above picture will be better to understand whats going on.

If there is any advice for me, It will be very helpful for me.

Close the editor. Go to Package Cache (see location here or in the Hub preferences) and delete the post processing packages, or just all of them if you don’t mind re-downloading all of them when they are imported the next time. But delete all can clean up 10s of gigs of disk space. Then try again.

You may also want to exclude the package cache location from virus scans in case the overaggressive heuristics are quarantining harmless developer files.

Deleting Cache is not working.

C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Unity\cache

I did delete Post Processing Package`s caches in folders of above location.
But nothing still work.
Did I delete wrong file?

Should I reinstall Unity?

Try deleting the entire cache folder, and make sure you have no open editors while doing so.
