true 3D audio

I’d like to get better result than the built in audio renderer.
Something that sounds behind when the source is behind the camera.
A while back there was Resonance Audio - Unity
It ate cpu for breakfast. Was ok spacializtion.
Is there something better?

I see it in 2018.lts, toggled it on, see no difference
