Same issue here. Sales hasn't gotten back to me yet. This probably isn't the best place to talk about this, but at least it's visible. My credit card company called me and asked if the transaction was initiated by me (assumedly because of the trans-continental nature), and I verified it, but that didn't magically revert it so that I now have a license. Unity should probably get multiple accounts to avoid this.
