When I try to change a text to this: "What is " + First + " times " + Second + “?”
It gives me this output: What is “The first number I generated”. And nothing else.

Hope some of you have a solution, just new to c# and unity.
You need to increase the size of your text UI in the inspector. its cutting out your text because there is not enough room… make you text smaller and you will get what I mean.
