Trying to get info on sales

Hey,

We have been in touch with Beth Thomas for our licenses previously but she is not answering our mails anymore.

I sent a mail to the contact mailbox but it seems to only get lost in the fog of other mails.

So could I get someone’s email address so that you could make money…

I am about to speak my mind here, if trying to buy something is so complicated I wonder what it is going to look like when we have a problem.

When I sent a mail to UDK, I received an answer the next day and a second one from another staff, few days later with an apology for being late. Is unity that rich already that they can afford to be so bad on customer service?

We have already bought 150 edu licenses and we are now trying desperately to get about 5 Pro licenses + add-ons.

But now we have a commercial project on hold because Unity is being silent
The only reason why we are using Unity is because it is easy to start with but if it continues this way, we will switch to another engine.

Beth left Unity around 6 months ago. Alex McCredie is probably the person you need to contact, (see Unity Customer Service: Technical Support & Training | Unity). I can’t see any messages from you into our CRM.

You don’t see my name because for professional mail I use my real name.

As a quick advice, when someone leaves and has customer he/she is looking after, you should have a forwarding system in case a customer feels like buying something.

Actually, I did look you up using your real name, which is why I knew which Account exec looked after your area. :wink:

Emails to Beth should be be picked up by our sales team, but perhaps they only did that for a certain number of months.

Well the mail went to the contact section under sales and was not addressed to anyone.

Anyways, let’s get along folks and get back to business, what is the mail address pattern for Unity staff? The link page only shows a phone number.

I mean is it something like firstname.lastname@unity3d.com ?
