Trying to import asset I bought and getting error say the asset file is busy on my hard disk ?

I closed anything any application I had opened but nothing helped so far.

Have you tried looking at your task manager just to see if there is a hung process somewhere in the background attaching itself to it? Does it still happen after a reboot?
