Trying to not cull a planet

I have a scene with a planet in the sky. I want the planet to always be seen and never be culled. I have my far distance set to 500 and I do not want it any higher. Is there a way I can make the planet always be visible? Thanks

You can render it with a separate camera.

This works seems like a hack to the solution though. Took about a 4 FPS drop. I was really hoping for the checkbox that says do not cull or always render.
