Trying to re-connect.... after clicking on asset history

After right clicking on file, going to Unity Version Control and Show History, nothing happens and SCM just dies, requiring restart of editor.

The SCM standalone app works normally during this, only unity gets broken and version control no longer works there until restarted.

This happens each time clicking on history for a asset.

We will be trying plastic again for the project with newest unity (this was just quick test), so if it happens again, we will investigate more detailed and report the issue.
