Trying to recreate the Toolbar Menu '+' but it is not centered

I’m trying to copy the 8719980--1179027--upload_2023-1-10_17-34-17.png
But after placing the Toolbar with a child Toolbar Menu and setting the Text value to ‘+’ it is not getting centered.
Is this a bug or am I supposed to set more settings for it to align in the center?

Using Unity 2022.2.1f1

The original is probably a graphic sprite that looks like a plus sign. But you can try to adjust the margin and padding, and/or use top alignment, to achieve what you want.

It’s quite frustrating that this cannot be edited directly since everything is disabled.
Everything has to go through the uss.

Edit: Actually it is text. So this should’ve worked?

Edit2: I’ve added a #elementName > TextElement to the USS and overwritten the Margin bottom to 4. Feels like a hacky solution but it works.
The UI Toolkit Debugger also says the original has a margin-top -4 px.
