Hello. Does anyone have any ideas on how I would implement a tunnel with a track going through it look similar to this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tB9ZhLBSoBQ (I realize that modeling the entire tunnel/track would be inefficient)?

I would have said model the tunnel and then make a plane or box for the road... Then just add effects for the glow etc (particles maybe or lighting) considering how long you want it do it in parts and just spawn new ones and destroy the old ones (instansiate them and destorygameobject sort of thing done on triggers) as it goes along or something. To run better.
