Tutorial or A Sample Project for PSO precooking using GraphicsStateCollections

In the video here, an experiment for Precooking was conducted on a URP demo. Is there a sample project like this demo or a detailed usage documentation for Precooking? Honestly, I couldn’t understand the methods described in the current documentation very well.
