Tutorial/pointers to designing body of the first person? (Need: For Medical App)


Newbie question: I just started on Unity. I’m trying to design an app that has a doctor’s office setting, and the first person (i.e. the one with the headset) is a child. I’m able to easily create most of the objects in the environment, but at some point the doctor/nurse has to put (for example) a swab on my shoulder. So I (first person, the child) need to be able to look down and see my body. How do I do that? Meaning, how do I attach a body to the first person so I don’t simply see disembodied hands?
