TV Static for Camera with Android Devices (OnePluses?)

I have made a Unity application for mobile devices, and basically it uses the front-
facing camera of the phone. However, we see strange TV static (???) on certain Android devices.

We display what is in front facing camera’s view with the help of WebCamTexture (I render on a child of canvas: object.texture = webCamTextureInstance.texture). It runs properly on some devices (for example,
OnePlus One with custom ROM, stock Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite, stock Samsung Galaxy S7
Edge, and stock iPhone 6) while on others (for example, stock OnePlus 3, stock
OnePlus 5, and stock OnePlus 7) I get something that looks similar to TV static:

What could be the issue…?

As it works on other devices, and previously in the project, we don’t know why this would happen. thank you!
