Tween Engine - compatibility for Unity 2017.3~

I am new to Unity and tween engines.
I am in the process of creating a game and when searching for menu styles, I came across these tween engines.
can any one let know whether using a tween engine in Unity 2017.3 is advisable?
if yes, what is the best tween engine we can use.

Most have demo versions - you might check out. Also contacting the developer of the asset usually can result in a test of the pack.
