twisted models

hi, im using blender to make models för my game, but when i import them with an armature the mesh becomes twisted and morped. om using the same ammount of bones as there is in a real hand, 19+1 for the arm, the arm bone is the parent.

so please someone with experience with these programs help, thx

It looks like there are a few vertices not assigned to bones. I would check your bone weights for unassigned vertices.
